Cd drawer will not open on my sc-pm19. How do I fix this

I think you are saying that the CD/DVD drive drawer will not open?
Most drives have a tiny hole above the drawer. You need to straighten out a paper clip ,then poke it into the hole. This should release the drawer catch and you can open it by gently pulling. It may be jammed as a disk was not properly seated inside.
Check on My Computer that your computer recognises the CD/DVD player is there.

Computers have the same type of tray but they have a pinhole where you can put a pin as an emergency open. It may have the same.

F61 is generally a 'shorted-speaker' or 'microprocessor' problem.

Generally speaking, an amp protects itself from heat, shorts and overloads.

Overloads can be from excessive periods of high output and shorts would be wiring issues or a speaker blowing up.

You should be able to feel if it's hot. WHY is it overheating? Make sure it has sufficient ventilation on all sides and that vent holes are not blocked by dust balls. Ensure the fan (if equipped) is running as designed (some only operate on demand). Clean dust and debris from it.

If the amp comes back on after cooling, you're lucky. They only have so many self-protection cycles in their lives so continuously resetting or cycling their power without addressing the cause can do more harm than good.

If it protects immediately on a cool power up you should disconnect the speaker connections and try it 'naked'. If it comes up then diagnose which lead(s) are shorted. If it does not come up the problem is internal and should be left to an experienced hands-on tech.

I had a mini system with the same problem, out of guarantee so was either fix it myself or bin it.
I opened the unit and removed the whole cd drawer assembly from it's housing. I then, not really recommended, plugged it back in and by pressing the open/close a few times the drawer finally opened. Put it all back together and it now works fine. I think what had happened is that I use the cd player once every couple of months and combined with the lack of use is the fact that there are several smokers in the living room and basically it got jammed by a build up of nictotine or whatever.

The best solution is to take off the top cover. It's easy to remove with, I believe, four screws. The carousel is located right underneath the cover, so all the CD's will be exposed. However, I don't think that this will solve the problem of not happening again, since this seems to be a problem with this particular model.

it plays MP3s on CD - no place to plug

The click might originate from the cd mechanism, you might be expriencing some electrical display problem.
