Hello Gerardo, check the impedance of your speakers are 8 Ohms or more, if they are less than 8 Ohms, you can produce the failure you say
It also checks the real power that each speaker can handle and that is according to the manufacturer's specifications
Check the connections of the speaker cables, which do not have copper hairs that are joining between the positive and the negative
Test, disconnect all the speakers and go connecting one to one and try in high volume, then disconnect that and connect another and tests, so with all
This test is to know if you have any speaker with problems
If you can not solve, look for a specialized technical service
Greetings Franco Dosil

You may have a problem in the primary stage in your Power supply !! Unhook everything that is attached to it .... make sure the power plug is in good shape and you have the right amout of ac at the plug and good grounding ... then then try turning it on again ....
Does it stay on ??
if not .. there is something wrong probably in the primary stage of the Power Supply ... could be a bridge or something like that
hope this helps

I suggest you run self diag. press [FM/AM] key + [Input mode] key and press the [power/standby] switch.
ps prt = power supply problem
dc prt = shorted output or leakly cap in channel
tmp prt means to hot on heatsink
you'll likely have to measure the resistances of the output FETs to find a short,
