My orchestro 889 espresso machine light are flashing power cleaning

I have been through the book and it gives no information on flashing power and clean light together. Quite often a full dismantle, clean and lubrication of the brewing unit will make things better when they are acting incorrectly.

How to change the ink box

Sir/Madam

The ink absorber box or flushing box is full. These components are periodic maintenance items that may require replacement after a period of time to ensure optimum performance from your Brother machine. Because these components are periodic maintenance items, the replacement is not covered under the warranty. The need to replace these items and the time period before replacement is dependent on the number of purges and flushes required to clean the ink system. These boxes acquire amounts of ink during the different purging and flushing operations. The number of times a machine purges and flushes for cleaning varies depending on different situations. For example, frequently powering the machine on and off will cause numerous cleaning cycles since the machine automatically cleans upon power up. The use of non-Brother ink may cause frequent cleanings because non-Brother ink could cause poor print quality which is resolved by cleaning. The more cleaning the machine requires the faster these boxes will fill up.

Other reasons for cleaning are:
  1. The machine automatically cleans after clearing a printer jam.
  2. The machine automatically cleans itself after sitting idle for more than 45 days (infrequent use).
  3. The machine automatically cleans itself after the ink cartridges have been replaced 12 times.

Drum Error - The corona wire on the drum unit needs to be cleaned.
Clean the corona wire on the drum unit. (See Cleaning the corona wire on page 122.)

Cleaning the corona wire: If you have print quality problems, clean the
corona wire as follows:
a. Turn off the machine's power switch.
Unplug the telephone line cord first, disconnect all cables, and then unplug
the power cord from the AC power outlet.
b. Open the front cover.
c. Slowly take out the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly.
CAUTION: We recommend that you place the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly on a clean, flat surface with a sheet of disposable paper or cloth underneath it in case you accidentally spill or scatter toner.
Handle the toner cartridge carefully. If toner scatters on your hands or clothes, wipe or wash it off with cold water at once.
To prevent damage to the machine caused by static electricity, DO NOT touch the electrodes shown in the illustration.
d. Clean the corona wire inside the drum unit by gently sliding the green tab from right to left and left to right several times.
CAUTION: Be sure to return the green tab to the home position (a) (1). If you do not, printed pages may have a vertical stripe.
e. Put the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly back in the machine.
f. Close the front cover.
g. Plug the machine's power cord back into the AC power outlet first, and then reconnect all cables and telephone line cord. Turn on the machine's power switch.

I have model 3XART720F02 ART706 TYPE 2055A The water ice distribution area needs cleaning. Can this area be dismanteled

Prepare the Ice Maker For Cleaning

Step1Lift the power located above the ice maker storage tray.
Step2Unplug the refrigerator.
Step3Allow the refrigerator and to defrost. This will melt any large blocks of ice that have accumulated in the ice maker
.
Clean the Ice Machine

Step1Remove the ice machine storage tray.
Step2Dump any water in the ice machine storage tray.
Step3Wash the ice machine storage tray using warm, soapy water. Rinse and allow to dry completely.
Step4Sanitize the lines of the ice maker. Consult your manufacturer's
directions for steps to do this, because it's not available on all models.

Reassemble the Ice Maker

Step1Replace the ice machine storage tray.
Step2Plug the refrigerator into the outlet to restore power.
Step3Lower the internal power bar located just above the ice machine storage tray. This allows the ice machine to make new ice.

Servicing

There are a few ways to do this:

1). You can go through the Epson LFP Remote panel and select "Power Cleaning".

2). You can also find it through the print driver's utility tab.

3). If you hold down the "Pause" button, the machine will do a "Simple Cleaning". After the third time doing this, the machine will ask you to do a "Power Cleaning.

AIR CONDITIONER MODEL #AF-S85FX--CODE E1 COMES ON-CLEANED FILTER, BUT UNIT WONT RESET AND KEEPS DEFAULTING BACK TO CODE E1

The Sharp e1 problem is a timer that is pretending to demand that you clean the filter. It stops the machine every 720 hours and forces you to do a procedure to get it to go away.

There are 2 possible procedures.

1) Unplug the machine. Hold down the power button while you plug the machine in and wait for a beep about 5 seconds long. Let go of the power button. Unplug the machine. Plug it back in.

2) Unplug the machine. Hold down the mode button while plugging the machine back in and waiting for a beep of about 3 seconds duration. Let go of the mode button. The machine will start. Turn the machine off by pressing the power button. Resume trying to use the machine normally.

If these don't work, the "demand to clean filter" timer is broken and you will need to buy parts to repair the machine.
