To fix it, take all the music off it. Make sure its software and firmware are up-to-date after you do that. Then reload your music. That should fix it.
Dear Jack, This is not a fault with your phone. The music keeps going off and on because the download speed of your network is a bit too slow for perfect streaming.
It sounds like the track is still downloading and the music is playing faster than the download speed. You could try pausing while it has loaded.
I find a lot of these streaming sites suffer with the problem. I don't think you can do a lot about it. Unless spending a lot of money on faster broadband etc is your thing.
Check the format of the music you are playing and if you have music that requires the license it will load the music but not play. It will show up as a file error.
