SOURCE: I am locked of of my email address because I forget the password

Depending on your email service, you will probably need to contact your provider or network admin in order to retrieve the password.

This should put it back to the last four digits of your phone number.

SOURCE: I put in my password

First of all, if your email password was the same as your website password, then go change your email password immediately, since that password has obviously been compromised.

Once your primary email is secured, then go back to the website in question and keep trying to logon. Once it no longer says that someone else is already logged in, and you are able to logon yourself, then go in and change the password again, and also make sure your registered email address for that site is still the same.

If your password does not work again, then the other user may have changed it while they were logged in. In that case just go through the password reset process again. Now that your primary email address is secure, so should be your website's new reset password. Make sure you do not have the REMEMBER ME, or REMEMBER MY PASSWORD, or KEEP ME LOGGED IN option checked. Then just login to the website with the new reset password from your email.

Good luck.

I was trying to set a password to lock my phone, but it is saying wrong passwork and then there is a "PUK" password and it is saying, of course, wrong password and only 4 attempts left.....how...

You are trying the sim lock, not phone lock so the sim card is locked.
The PUK is sim password. You have to call your network service provider to get your PUK code. They can ask the SIM no. which is printed at the back of the SIM card.
Tell me in case of any problem.
