SOURCE: have a 10

Your 10 inch saw takes a 59 inch blade, I think, it will say on the package if you buy from lowes or home depot, no matter what the thickness is, 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, You don't want to go any bigger than that. The belt for the drive is just a v-belt, measure the old one or get the number off it, or just measure the distance around the pulleys. Hope this helps.

I need to buy a fine tooth blade for my Workzone drop saw. Say 80 teeth

the circular blades for all compound saws have two important specifications. 1. the arbor size (the center hole in the blade and the diameter of the blade (usually 10" or 12"). After determining that you can choose the number of teeth on the blade. Not all blade manufactures offer every diameter, arbor size, and number of teeth.

I purchased Workzone dropsaw, I need to buy a finer blade. Cany you help me?

To purchase a blade you need to know the size of the arbor (the hole in the center of the blade) and the blade diameter, usually 10" or 12" for a compound mitre saw. Your users guide should list the specifics for the blade.

I have a workzone 120w scroll saw. a blade broke and it developed a loud knocking sound , like metal striking as motor rotates

If you can feel the knocking as well as hear it, it should be taken apart and examined, but before you do that it would be wise to cover the obvious things - like a part of the broken blade being stuck in the external mechanism, the new blade not being identical to the original or one of the fixing screws not going fully home...

You might find it helpful to listen to the knocking through a rod or a piece of hose if a stethoscope isn't available to discover more precisely the area it originates.

Replacing blade guard on a 1700W sliding mitre saw

There is an upper (fixed) blade guard and a lower (moving) blade guard which has the added complication of being connected to a linkage or mechanism to swivel the guard away from the workpiece as it approaches the cut.

Mostly careful inspection, once the blade has been removed, will show removal of the guards to be a faily intuitive process. It is inevitable some makes of saw will be more complex and in the absence of official detailed instructions, it will mean a process of removing clips and screws until the part falls off and then remembering what you did so you can put it back together with no parts left over.

How do i fit reducing ring 16mm bore onto a30mm bore table saw blade, to use on a draper table saw

the reducer should fit right onto the shaft, if its the right size. Mic it to ensure. Then the blade should fit on no prob. I use a 30mm to 5/8" adapter on my own General 50-185 saw. Quality(sizing) of adapter is an issue.
