Hello Steve, for what you are saying, it could be that some light diffuser has been detached from the back lighting, to see if that is what you can try, turn the TV and try to listen if there is something loose, if so, you should disarm the television until you reach the back lighting and paste the diffusers in the corresponding places, check that the rest of the diffusers of the LED strips are firm, so that the problem does not happen again
If you hear something loose and you do not have knowledge of how to disarm, look for a specialized technical service

Hola Steve, por lo que comentas, podr?a ser que se haya desprendido alg?n difusor de luz, de la iluminaci?n trasera, para comprobar si es eso puedes probar, girar el televisor y tratar de escuchar si hay algo suelto, si es as?, deber?as desarmar el televisor hasta llegar a la iluminaci?n trasera y pegar los difusores el los lugares que corresponden, comprueba que el resto de los difusores de las tiras de LED, se encuentren firmes, para que no vuelva a ocurrir el problema
Si escuchas algo suelto y no tienes conocimientos de como desarmar, busca un servicio t?cnico especializado

without testing then you might as well replace them all.
