There doesn't appear to be a manual for it even on the Asda website. Normally pressing the 'Alarm' button toggles between Alarm On and Alarm Off. Or you could just unplug it for the weekend.

How to set Nelsonic alarm clock? Press and hold the ALARM BUTTON to enter ALARM SETTING MODE. While still holding the ALARM BUTTON down, press and hold the HOUR and MINUTE BUTTONS until you see the time you want on your LCD DISPLAY.
