I cant log into my aflac account from this computer but can from phone

are signing in on your computer when you get this message? Are you using google with synced accounts,is your phone still signed in to your account. since you haven`t explained fully your scenario I can only guess. for my android phone all apps run in the back until I hit ...clear all. If you think it`s your phone you can do a factory reset.

if it an android you just need tologininto your gmail account on a regular computer your stuff should be saved especially your email and files should be stored in google drive

Use a computer to set up your account. Then log in with your phone.

Then try to log in again.
Now, the system should ask you to enter your login details.

Use the details for the account you want to use.
