Motorola H500 bluetooth won't turn on!

I just got a brand new motorola H500 bluetooth yesterday, and within around an hour charging, my mom unplugged it while i went to work. i came back a few hours later, left it charging overnight, but it was still charging this morning, and it it doesnt have any intentions of stopping. i can't even turn it on. because the charging was disrupted the first time, does that have anything to do with why it's not turning on?

Take it right back! you have done everything possible, this is clearly a manufacture defect and it needs to be remedied.

Motorola h500 bluetooth headset

Make sure the wall socket it's plugged into is on. Some have wall switches that must be turned on to activate the socket. Leave it plugged in over night if you are using it the first time. Plug something else into the socket (like a desk lamp) to make sure it is delivering electricity.
If it still doesn't turn on after attempting to charge with an electrical socket you know works, the product may be defective.

Problems pairing up a Nokia 6301 with my Motorola H500

Try power cycling the phone. Turn the Nokia off, wait 10 seconds, then turn back on and try again. It really does help sometimes. Let us know if this doesn't help.
