I would suggest getting a operators manual on that particular model to figure out the lock code if that is actually it. Good luck
Please see below. I believe that you have set the tuning to LOCK, hence the KEY symbol. I have done the same thing with other radios. I bet you never forget this!
Manual Tuning with Rotary Dial You can select a higher or lower frequency by turning ROTARY TUNING. Set FAST/FINE/LOCK to select the rotary tuning increments or to lock the ROTARY TUNING dial. The following table shows the tuning increments for the FAST and FINE settings. '------'------'-------'------'-------' ' ' FM ' LW ' MW ' SW ' '------'------'-------'------'-------' ' FAST ' 0.1 ' 9 kHz ' 9/10 ' 0.005 ' ' ' MHz ' ' kHz ' MHz ' '------'------'-------'------'-------' ' FINE ' 0.05 ' 1 kHz ' 1 kHz' 0.001 ' ' ' MHz ' ' ' MHz ' '------'------'-------'------'-------' To lock the ROTARY TUNING dial, set FAST/FINE/LOCK to lock. This keeps you from changing the frequency if you accidentally touch the dial. NOTE: This locks only the ROTARY TUNING dial.
Testimonial: "I appreciate the advice - unfortunately the "Power" button does not function (even though it has fresh batteries installed). I could not try the rotary tuning fix!"

The question here is how long did you leave the breaker off? Gaggenau ovens have a memory and I always advise turn the oven off for 5 mins before turning the breaker back on. Give that a try. The first thing the oven does when the power is reapplied is go thru a test phase which included locking and unlocking the door. The key symbol will go on and off during this. Sometimes you have to also can run a self clean then cancel it to reset the lock. This works as well.

They do not show a number of their radios, but the sku/product number may help.
