Observing from the above email address, puffy_38@q,com has been mal-typed. The appropiate to email addresses especially for the above is [email protected] where the dot was maltyped as comma. Retype the contacts email address at the www.yahoo.com mail box of yahoo account resubmitting to capture an impression.

Contact the yahoo mail support to provide the condition of the situations. The account would be disconnued by systems adminstrators.

After which you can then scan and save to any location you like, say desktop... then when you wish to send it via email, you then "Attach" the document you scanned to the email and send.
As an aside here I always send attachment as PDF files because nearly everyone has Adobe reader, I use DoPDF from here http://www.dopdf.com/ then simply attach the PDF file and send.

Try sending a message to yourself and then replying to it. The recipients might have a cached entry in their address book causing a the reply to be delivered to a different address.

If you have another email account with Hotmail or Gmail, try sending back and forth between them and your Yahoo account and use them for testing.

Does this happen with everyone or just one of your e-mail contacts?

I think not.

First send email to everyone with everything everyone needs to know, then another to the ones who need files. OR emails to people who dont need attachments and spesific emails to those who need attachments.
