SOURCE: reset WorkCentre 24, Xerox

In menus you browse to the service tab, then serivice diagnostics. Go to NVRAM reset and perform the NVM reset.
Before you do that, print out a configuration page if you want to rememebr the network settings. It will set the IP address back to default also.

Machine Xerox printer Workcentre 3210. Invalid Toner message continues, even though the toner has been removed and reinstalled.

You must use Genuine Xerox supplies from Xerox, especially if you are on a lease and supplies deal. You slip a refilled or 'compatible' replacement toner from 'The Toner Guys', the machine locks you out until reset by a Xerox tech.

https://forum.support.xerox.com/t5/Hardware/Invalid-Toner-Cartridge-error-Workcentre-3615/td-p/199538

and although it is a different model, it is the same series

Turns out the WorkCentre 3615 has two types of toners - None Metered 106TO2722 and Metered 106RO2724. Both toner boxes say WorkCentre 3615. You must order the correct one or you will get this error and the machine won't work at all. Who knew? Xerox admitted they sent us the wrong one, so they are offering to fix with a code over the phone.

Xerox WorkCentre 3210 invalid toner

Verify you are use OEM Xerox Toner. If so, try reboot the unit, take out and reseat the toner. If that doesn't fix it you'll have a bad main board and will need to be replaced.

Xerox workcentre C118 is not self toning. toner is ok, toner dispense motor is ok, toner augur is ok, but m/c. not toning.

Have you replaced the Drum Unit. Also known as a Xerographic module ? I suspect the developer has failed in it.
