It is most likely clogged, turning off to protect the motor.

I bought a cordless Dyson, three days ago. I have charged it three times. It states that this model has a twenty minute running time. This one runs less than 10 minutes. JU6-US-HEA1415A

If after a few more discharge, charge cycles unit still underperforms then return for exchange or money back. Newer batteries have to be "exercised" a tad before they perform up to specs. And if they say 20 minutes, then hold them to it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Turn off the brake

If you remove the handle, you will notice there is one larger black Phillips screw under the black plastic strip.

Engage the wheels and loosen that screw.

Slide the lower handle part back and forth and you will notice the wheels will reverse and go forward again.

Find the position where the wheels lock and unlock for you, and tighten that one screw again.
It does not take very much adjustment to make that system engage so do it in small increments.

You will see what I mean when you unlock that screw and slide the lower handle just a tad , but the wheels must be in the engaged position in order to adjust it properly.

Hope this helps!

Won't turn on stop running in the middle of room.

Mine did the same thing. The electrical cord is loose where it plugs into the machine. When you pull the vacuum into the room it puts just enough strain on the cord to break the electrical connection. Push the plug on the cord firmly into the vacuum.

My Hoover windtunnel has very little suction. I have cleaned the entire vacuum. Cleaned filters. My Hepa filter is a little torn, don't know if that could be issue. After cleaning it does suck a tad bit...

Is the belt still intact?
Does it has a wand tool, normally they are connected at the bottom of the machine,if it gets plugged up with gunk, that will greatly reduce your suction.

My roomba 560 works perfectly for a year. Now works ok, vacuum but the dust stays at the bruches and at the bin. i replace the filter but nothing. Thanks George

You need to decide if the vacuum and brushes are runing or not. For me its easy to determine after its run. If the brushed turn then I have debris in the open part of the collection bin when I pull it off the back, but none if the brushes don't turn. If the vacuum runs then there is dust at the filter, and none if it the vacuum doesn't run.

You can also remove the vacuum/bin and place the roomba on a hard floor and start it and look into the rear and see if the brushes are turning.

When the vacuum is running there is a noticeable amount of air pushed out the rear vent.

When you've figured out what isn't operating, you'll be halfway to solving your problem.

It turns on but the spinner underneath wont work now

Turn the vacuum so the bottom is facing up..
Take out the scews in the plate that surounds the brush and take it off..
The belt should be firmly on the brush and the motor..
If the belt has come off the motor - pull out the side of the brush that the belt connects to.. Put the belt back on the motor post and the brush.. It might be a tad tough going back in because the belt should have a little tension..
Once the belt is on and brush in place - put plate back on..

Hope this helps ;o)

Where can I get a hard copy of manual for Bisell 7920 ProHeatr

Try bissell.com, part number for the owner manual is 2105811. It has 2 belts, one for the pump and a cogged belt for the brush roll. Take off the belt cover on the left side and you can see the flat pump belt, if it looks ok, then turn unit over, remove the red arm retainer, has one screw, then the you can pull the arm loose and off, the cogged belt is there. If not broke, then look at the end of the pump, it is a double pulley, the inner one is for the flat belt, the outer one has a cogged pulley, the cogs may be worn down, or it has broken off, in which case you will have to replace the pump, the pulley comes only with the pump.
