If you have the fuse take it to the hardware store and buy one preferably a couple. incase you pop a few more.
The fuse ratings are listed on the fuse itself in small numbers & usually the rating is on the bottom of the charger with the rating plate . A blown fuse can usually mean the charger is faulty so be careful as the fuse might just blow straight away.

SOURCE: When I charge my battery in my RYOBI P110 charger
I had the same problem, my understanding was that since the batteries are nic-cad, they have a memory so in short you are supposed to charge the batteries only when they are depleted. They have to be COMPLETELY depleted the first 3 or 4 times of use. I ended up replacing the two I had, followed this and have not had any problems since. Hope it works for you.

SOURCE: can I use the ryobi
No. The P110 is for NiCad batteries. Any of the Li-Ion chargers like the P113 are backwards compatible and can charge either but do not try to charge Li_ion batteries in a NiCad or NiHi charger.
SOURCE: I bought 2 P103 lithium
That is true the One+ 18V Li-Ion battery packs will work in any One+ 18V Ryobi tool. However the Lithium ion batteries will not charge in the original P110 NiCd charger. You will need one of the the new series Ryobi One+ 18V "dual chemistry" chargers for that. The will charge both types of battery packs.
