SOURCE: Have riso cr1610 - prints for few copies, stops,

Ink overflow.. On each end of the drum there is adjustments that can be made to the squeege. This is what scrapes the ink through the screen. These scrapers may be applying too much ink or internally too much ink is in the drum. These scrapers can be adjusted from each end. If you have a hard time getting the copy dark enough try to increase the flow of ink through.. this will take away the ink inside quicker. Another problem could be cheap aftermarket ink. I noticed i had a problem with one supplier that the ink was so thin it actually drips out of the drum when not in use.. The only other solution is to adjust the drum internally if the problem persists. This means removal of the drum to adjust ink flow.. This shouldn't be the problem..

D22-542 is saying that there's a problem with the printed circuit board on the print drum. It's not communicating with the machine. D04 -534 says that the incorrect ink cartridge is installed. First, is this a new drum you are introducing into the machine? if it is, not all drums are interchangeable. You need to get the right pcb (printed circuit board) for the ink drum you are using to match your machine. Second.. Something is mismatched here with the ink cartridges. The only way you'd get the ink cartridge error is if the drum is in the machine. I had this problem with a Rn 2130 ui.. I bought a used drum off e-bay and it wouldn't work. When I stole the pcb from another color drum it worked fine. If you have been using this drum in this machine before... be sure that the connection between the drum and the machine is good. Make sure you have the right ink cartridge too. Some of these aftermarked re-sellers sell stuff that doesn't line up with the tabs on the inside.. I've got some ink here that if you hold your toungue just right and turn the tube about 2 degrees it'l work.

Means a clamp error. Inspect the clamp on the drum to make sure it moves smoothly and that that clamping mechanism in the back of the machine works as well.

How can I reset error P02-400 on a Riso SF5030

I found an error code list for the Riso SF5030 on printcopy.info. According to the list, error code P02-400 indicates that the master positioning sensor is not turned ON at master setting/cutting or at master making even after master has been transferred. The suggested remedy is to turn the Master making unit upper cover set switch from OFF to ON, and turn the Master positioning sensor OFF to reset the master and cancel the error.

I have a problem with Riso SF5030, it shows error code P98-1061/ T98-1061. What maybe the problem

Hi!
Error codes P98-1061 and T98-1061 on the Riso SF5030 indicate an issue with the color drum's motor. This error code usually occurs when there is a problem with the motor or the wiring that connects the motor to the printer's control board.
Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Check the wiring connections between the motor and the control board. Make sure that they are secure and not damaged.
  3. Check the motor for any physical damage or signs of wear and tear.
  4. If you have a replacement motor, try replacing the faulty one and see if the error code persists.
  5. If the issue persists, you may need to contact a service technician to diagnose and repair the problem.
It's essential to note that opening up the printer's internal components can be dangerous, and you should only attempt these steps if you feel comfortable doing so. If you are unsure or uncomfortable, it's best to contact a qualified service technician for assistance.

RISO ComColor GD9630. How to fix error code S035-2082-4 on it

Turning Off and back On again does little. You need to disconnect t the wall and remove the plug to do a full reset. This error is unlikely to reset though.
