    It is a SetPlex android Tv Box all the tv channels came loaded in it. SetTvNow was the name of the company that sold Tv subscriptions. They do not sell anymore. Now when I turn the Tv Box on I'm stuck on the renewal screen. Can you help ?

    I'm looking for the user manual to find a way to reset the Channel Box, because I do not have this information, I can not solve the problem

Sounds like its stuck on picture in picture or pip. Is there a button on remote that says pip? Or try unplugging for a few seconds...maybe go to menu and reset settings to default.

I can't read the screen, but weak or no signal means the signal coming in from the cable box or outside antenna is not good.

HD TVs do have different cables, I went to Time Warner and swapped my regular box for an HD box, the cable ends are blue red and white, I believe. Also in order for my box to work on the screen I have to switch to "Component" instead of "TV". Hope I helped!

Tv ws-65511 volume stuck
Did you ever get this problem fixed? Ours just started doing the same thing. It worked fine the night before, but today it's doing what yours is doing. The remote stopped working for the TV. The remote still works for the cable box, but volume and anything related to TV function not. The screen flashes when we try to adjust volume or anything else, but resets to previous volume. TV not responding to any commands either on the front panel or remote.
