Hello Socorro, for what you are saying, your Pioneer is not ventilating the heat produced by the circuits, internally your TV has a series of internal fans, to cool the heat produced by the circuits
I suggest you communicate with a specialized technical service
I hope you can solve the problem
Greetings Franco Dosil

SOURCE: Letters in upper left hand corner of screen

You may find it in your "Menu" button on your remote, search for anything similar to "HD Logo" and turn it off. Failing that, make sure it isn't stuck on with transparent plastic, haha.

SOURCE: two years old, burners look

Randy, it sounds like the burner(s) need a good, thorough cleaning. Apparently some of the burner ports are clogged and the flames are not equal along the burner. If you take this one out to clean it, clean the other two, as well. It's a good idea to clean the venturi valves too.

Hope this helped you to troubleshoot and solve the problem. Please let me know and Happy Grilling!!

Where do I buy IR Sensor for Pioneer plasma TV PDP-4214. I don't have part number and I live in Alhambra, outside of Los Angeles.

You will only be able to buy the entire board from Pioneer in Long Beach, if it's still available. If not, I may be able to repair the board to the component level. If you need a repair, please contact me through my website at audioserviceclinic.com. I used to work for Pioneer,

Remove number displayed in right hand corner in output 4

The problem was with the cable box and not the television. We unplugged box - (we'd reset it before) and the "2" was gone.
