SOURCE: ice and water on the bottom shelf of my sears

Drain stopped up. Defrosting occurs and condensation water must be evacuated, this is done through a dran hole. Clogged drain means water inside under crispers messy all that luv. Find the drain hole and give her a good old clean out. All will be good.

Restriction in the line. Check the water line to make sure it's not pinched or kinked.
Often times too the water line from the refrigerator is connected to the cold water line of the house with a self tapping valve. Turn the valve off and back on a couple times to clear any restrictions.
If everything is ok with the water line to the refrigerator then you will need to replace the water inlet valve behind the refrigerator.

Trickling water noise coming from the bottom of the fridge.

It may be nothing to be concerned about. The water produced during the defrost cycle drains into a pan at the bottom of the refrigerator. This water is then evaporated by heat from the refrigerant coils.

You may be hearing this water dripping into the pan from the tubing that carries it from the inside of the refrigerator.

My bottom refrigerator is not cold. The freezer is okay.

Check to make sure the fan in the freezer compartment is working and not blocked. This delivers the cold air to the refrigerator. The fan should run every time the freezer calls for cold.
