I ordered a product that was like a rounded flat iron that was suppose to curl my hair, but instead I received a regular flat iron. How do I return it?

If you purchased the product online, you should have gotten a paper with the product in the box, that has their return policy in it and shipping return labels. You also want to go online to their website and there should be a button that says return items. you will have to fill out the form and then verify and submit your return.

you would have got a receipt form the supplier for the payment in the first place
it can be electronic , bank statement, paypal statement, etc
contact the supplier and clearly state why you are returning it
remember that the reasons for return are limited to
not as advertised
unfit for the advertised purpose
faulty workmanship
faulty design
order supplied not as ordered ( wrong color, size brand )
item not ordered
just not wanting it because you need the money back is no excuse for a return or you changed your mind will not get a favorable response from the supplier

If the product becomes defective during the limited Warranty period Kaser Corporation will repair or replace any defective component at no charge to the original owner, subject to the limitation and requirements listed.
The following is required by the Kaser Corporation when requesting warranty service: Check your retailers return policy. All purchased products must be returned to original retailers if within their return policy time period. If the product is out of retailers return period, please email a request for a return authorization number [email protected]. The product must be packed in the original carton or in suitable packing offering similar degree of protection. To avoid scratches or other damages to the product during shipping separate items, such as the player, cables, or ear phone, should be individually wrapped and placed in the same package. Returning an item

As long as you are within the 30-day return period and have a copy of your original store receipt, your local Best Buy™ store should still be able to assist you with a return or exchange on your MP3 player. Please keep in mind that if the product is defective and you are beyond the 30-day return period, you will need to file a claim through the Best Buy Product Replacement Plan (PRP) toll-free hotline instead at 888-539-6883.
