I have been double charged the last two months on my bank statement. How can i get a refund?

there is nothing problem with the quick books or your bank account , this months begining balance doesnot match because you have done something(edited) with the cleared or previously reconciled transactions which adds up to the balance and shows more. just find the old edited in the list of reconcilation and reconcile as usual. u willl be alright

To use online banking you must:

1. have your bank enable online banking on their site for you and give you a login and password.
2. go to their website and login with that login and password
3. once on the site and logged in you will see your accounts, select the account and then
select the months you wish to look at

make sure you put the login and password in a safe place you can find it again and don't give it out to anyone else they will have access to your account.

I'm sorry you didn't get the correct answers to your problem. As a so-called "expert" on this forum all I can do is give a "best guess" at what you have posted as your problem. Sometimes we don't have all the information that we need because we can't actually see or hear what the bike is doing. I do not have anything to do with the billing or refunding of charges. Please go to the bottom of the page and click on the "contact" link and send a note to that site. I hope this advice works better than previous advice your were given.
