If you are over 59and a half years old you do not pay the 10% penalty to begin with. If you are younger though, there is a method called SEPP (Substantially Equal Periodic Payments). IT consists of a withdraw of a portion of your IRA money in a series of carefully calculated annual payments.

Hi when i try to confirm my payment it says we were not able to process your payment and i have just put the money in my account. can you help??
If you just transferred money to the account it may need time to process the transfer.
I don't know what method was used to depost money into your account but some methods For example e-checks take time, sometimes several days. It can be liek when you deposit a check in the bank and they hold it until it clears.
Try looking at your account transactions in your history and seeif the payment or money transfer has been completed and is not pending or anything like that.

Please refer to this Expert FAQ thread (Click Here) or you can refer the below Quote. As far as I know, there's no minimum payout, but there are terms on how to receive the payment instead of withdrawing the funds/balance.

Select the payment option in your fixya profile to receive through check.

Fixya send you money through check, then you can deposit your check in the following bank:

In BPI bank: you should have current account or $ account with minimum of $500.00
In Banco DE Oro: you should have current account or $ account with minimum of $500.00

In PNB: You should have a current account or open account with minimum amount of P5,000.00.

for me PNB is good and cheap.

After you have deposit your check, you have to wait for maximum of 45 days bfore you can withdraw the money.

so far only this bank can deposit check.

For fast banking ..recommend to open account in the union bank (EON VISA CARD) then register in paypal, this method is cheaper and very quick.
