SOURCE: E--05 code. New battery and now

E-05 is an error for the rotor distancing problem. Using a small philips screwdriver remove the screws on the electronic faceplate. DO NOT PULL THE PLATE OFF. It will be attached by a thin ribbon cable that is easily torn, let it dangel. Underneath that, up where the spindel travels through, you should see the rotor (small round disc on the spindle) the stator (where the ribbon cable goes), and a sleeve. There should be very little gap between the rotor and stator. The way to fix this is with the screw to the very left, black piece, where the spindle exits towards the measuring surfaces. There is a little flat-head set screw that hold a spring loaded sleeve. Loosen that screw a bit and the sleeve should snap out and press everything together. Then, while it is still loose, use a second small flat head and wedge a little gap between the sleeve and the rotor, not much. Tighten the set screw back down. The gap needs to be as tight as it can while still allowing the rotor to spin when the thimble is turned. Once that is achieved, close it all up.

Lost remote how can I turn on tv

You can't turn on it back, without its remote control. If you wish to buy a genuine remote control, you have to contact the authorized service center. If you wish to buy a universal remote control, you should know about, which brand remote control have set-up codes to your TV brand, and buy that one according to availability. The first thing you have to do is, to confirm the number of digits in the setup codes to your TV brand. There are 4 digit, 5 digit, 3 digit and even 2 digit codes. You can make it sure by entering '0s' at the code enter window the TV dispays, and asks codes. Enter 'Zeros', and count how many zeros can be enterd. That number will be the number of digit of setup code, the TV/Device need. If you can enter 5 zeros, the number of digit in the set-up code to your TV is a '5' digit one, if only 2 zeros can be enterd, the number of digits in the set-up code to your TV should be a 2 digit one, and so on.. If you wish to get more details about this, try the sites linked here. http://electrohelponline.blogspot.com/

Both the sites have setup code list, and setup procedure to many popular brand remote controls. Check the site in 'Mosaic' view. It will make search easy.

Jvc tv tuning without remote

If your TV has no 'Menu' button on its front panel controls, it will be difficult to make an auto-tune to it. Anyway, try to enter its 'Menu' option, using the remote control you have. If can, you will win. Otherwise, buy an other universal remote control, which will help you to enter the TVs' Menu option. The one more thing you have to try is, to set an other code to your TV with this remote control. If it too do not help you, think of buying an other remote control.

Have 2000 chrysler lhs that is missing part time i have changed spark plugs and coil packs but didnt help

Try getting the codes from the computer. Try turning the key on, off, on, off, on (without starting the vehicle) within 4-5 seconds.....this should "get you in" to the cars computer....the dash lights will flash (sometimes its the odometer light, sometimes its the entire dash cluster) count the number of flashes, and pauses to get the correct code (eg. 3 flashes, pause 5 flashes, pause, 2 flashes pause will be error code 352.......from there you can "Google" the error codes for your specific vehicle.

Problem with entering anti-theft radio code for Honda Fit: The radio screen says: "Enter Code:" I enter the confirmed correct code, but when doing so when the actual code (all numbers) turn into letters or...

when you use the "preset keys" (the keys on the radio with numbers on them) to enter the code, each time you press a code number, a letter appears [c, o, d, e]. once the word is spelled out, from entering the correct 5 digits, the radio is reset, ready to go.

BUT if you miss a number, enter a wrong number, whatever, each number pressed, still makes a letter appear from the word "code". once the word is spelled out, by entering ANY 5 numbers, if ANY of the 5 is wrong, the radio displays a message "Error" and then a number 1 thru 10.

When you see the word "Error..."

the next preset button you push, starts the whole thing over again. The radio says "Enter code". That is when you enter the 1st of the 5 digits, the letter C appears, enter the next digit, the letter O appears, enter the next digit, the letter D appears, enter the last digit, the letter E apperas, the radio is reset, ready to go, if you got the 5 correct numbers entered.

you have 10 chances to enter the right 5 digit code. Each wrong try of 5 digits yeilds a display of "Error 1", "Error 2", "Error 3", etc 'till you get to 10 incorrect tries of 5 digits each.

If you dont get it right in 10 tries, you have to leave the radio "on" for an hour, then it will let you start the 10 tries over again.

Good luck!
