hi, i installed handy cafe server but when i click to be open it does't work. no error just don't open, i try to re-start my pc-server but still does'nt open. please help.

There are many ways to do this. first, you can install a web proxy. second, you can block urls from your router. third, you can create your own dns.
I can help you with whatever your needs are. However, I suggest you create a transparent proxy. That way you have a much better control over the traffic at your internet cafe. and a firewall of course.

Check if the LAN cables are connected properly, make sure that client PC's have handycafe client installed and connected to the hub/switch with the server PC.
In some cases wherein the server has two LAN Cards installed, make sure to choose the LAN Card which is connected to the hub/switch where the client PC's are also connected during the initial start-up of the Handycafe software.
Note: Check if the hub/switch or router (whichever you're using) does not have a problem.
