I cannot find Line of Duty season 5 on our Canadian Acorn TV - why?

Adjust the video playback settings within the app
Visit the app's "Settings" menu (the small gear icon on the top right of the nav bar) and enable the "Play Video Over WiFi Only" setting

Make sure you're running up-to-date software. The Acorn TV app requires iOS 9+
Visit Settings > General > Software Update to update iOS on your phone or ipad.
Disconnect other devices from your network
Delete and then reinstall the Acorn TV app

To manage your Acorn TV membership details:

• Log in to the Acorn TV website on a computer or mobile browser
• Select My Acorn TV on the top right of the Acorn TV website
• Select Manage Account in the dropdown menu

From here, you can review your account status, change your email and/or password, cancel your membership, update billing information, apply a promo code, and more.

Can you sign up for Acorn by using an Amazon account that also allows Acorn subscription that does have your uk bank account credit card details?

Email Acorn, fully explaining the history of your problem, ask for detailed posted or emailed instructions and your account status.
Over-the-phone call center operators will often give you a stock answer from a pre-defined list. Emailing will hopefully get the attention of personnel who can explain in more detail. We don't have Acorn here, but I had a similar request with our Satellite SP.
It turned out, via a comprehensive email reply, that the contract taken allows only one TV set per decoder.
Second set may need a dual-type contract....?

acorn has a help line you can try calling them or using a heat source some out door things just don't function in the cold

Replace it with a heavier duty one or stop being so heavy handed; it only needs a light tough, and it won't go any faster if you press it harder! Oh and don't pay the ridiculous prices asked by repairers. Is it spring loaded or just on/off? You cn get a replacement switch from an auction site for about a sixth of the price.
Also why is it breaking off, is it hitting something on the way? If you've had it replaced previously call them back?
