Which camera is this? Check the eye piece is clean, silly I know but I've done it. Most cameras have a focus adjuster fitted to the eye piece. Usually a small roller on or near the actual eye piece. Comment below with the make and model of camera and I'll try and help you get a more accurate answer.

There's a little scrolling wheel to the left of the viewfinder; move it up or down until the image is clearest.

There is a small sliding lever on the side of the eyepiece to adjust the built in diopter for your eye.

There is a little knob to the left of the viewfinder called the diopter adjustment. Turn that.
