I was locked out of my Honeywell safe after battery died. I ordered a replacement key from firstalert.I was required to photocopy the receipt and type out an witnessed affidavit stating I own the safe. About 3 weeks later I found my spare key,4 days after that the replacement key arrived in the mail ($10.95 money order for that key). The other two spare keys were in the safe, I did not think the batteries would die so soon. Crappy factory batteries that came with the safe.
