A847R manual I am using a public library computer, and I need to download a manual for my Samsung A847R Rugby phone. Is there a way to get one? I cannot use extensions on a public computer.

If you reside in the USA or Canada, your public library system probably subscribes to one or more automobile repair manual database.

The auto repair manual databases include wiring diagrams for wide range of automobiles.

If you reside in the USA or Canada, and if you have an up-to-date library borrower card, you can probably sign into your library borrower account and access the auto repair manual database/s via computer or table from home or work.

If you are unfamiliar how to go about that, I suggest you make a phone call to your local public library and ask one of the reference / information librarians to talk you through the process.

If you need to obtain an up-to-date library borrower card, you will need to visit your local public library and apply for a borrower card. You will need a valid photo ID, like a current driver's license. Many libraries also require additional identification showing your current mailing address. A photocopy of a utility bill or a credit card bill will serve that purpose. Note: You can black out your account number on the photocopy.

If you do not know the location and phone number of your local public library, you can use your favorite search engine (Google, Bing, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, etc.) and the following search strategy, with quotation marks as shown:
"public library" "your location, include county and state"
Examples:
"public library" "Appleton, Winnebago Co., Wisconsin"
"public library" "St. Thomas, Elgin County, Ontario"

I am a librarian by training, so I know about the auto repair databases to which many library systems subscribe.

For what item (make and model, or what software) do you need a hard copy manual?

Depending where you reside there may be a public library (funded by local and / or regional government funds) which has internet-connected computers available for local residents and visitors to use.

Such public access computers probably have Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on them. PDF documents can be downloaded, opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader software, and printed (for a per-page fee) on a library-owned printer -- thereby creating a hard copy manual.

A library staff member can probably provide one-on-one assistance.

The public library located near you.probably has computers connected to the Internet which you can sign up to use, along with printers which you can use to print the Singer 3116 manual for which I will give you the link.

Note: For prints made at your local public library, you will need to pay the cost of printing (cost per page - probably 10 cents or more per page.) The manual has 94 pages.

After downloading the manual be sure to save it to your Documents folder using a file name you can find easily - maybe: Singer 3116 Manual.

If you choose to print all or part of the manual at the public library, save the file to a USB drive which you can take to the library. Someone on the library staff will be able to demonstrate how to print all or some of the pages of the manual from your USB drive. Note:
If you do that, be sure to close the USB drive before removing it from the library computer or you can damage the portable drive and lose the file saved on it.

Since it would take many pages of instructions here on this venue, we should recommend you go to a car parts store or a public library and get an instruction manual to do the job.
(This task could be a coupe of hundred steps.)
The manuals often are published by :" Motor's", or "Chilton's" , or "Haynes".
There are several others.

Your local public library system probably subscribes to one or more automotive repair manual databases, which would include information (with drawings and diagrams) on repair of your Dodge Grand Caravan. The repair manual information for your vehicle will probably have the information and illustration/s you need

If you are not familiar with the auto repair databases, but do have a valid library borrower card, you can find the phone number for the main / headquarters public library system, call the library, ask to be connected to the reference / information desk, and ask one of the librarians to talk you through how log in and access the database where you can see and download (PDF format) the relevant pages for your vehicle.

Note: The headquarters library in your public library system may be the only one open on a Sunday.

If you do not have a valid library borrower card, you will need to visit your local public library and apply for one. You will need an official photo ID (driver's license and perhaps some other form of ID which verifies your residential address - electric bill, cable / dish TV services bill, etc.) to complete your borrower application.

While you are at the local public library, ask one of the reference / information librarians to pace you through access to the auto repair database/s. You can then find the right information and either print the pages you need at the library (may be a printing charge) or send them as an attachment to your email address, so that you can print the pages at home.

I suggest you contact your local public library and ask if they provide access to the EBSCO database Small Engine Repair Reference Center.

If the library system subscribes to that database, if you already hold a valid library borrower card, you can access the database for free through your home or work computer and through the library home page, by logging into your library borrower account.

When you talk with a reference / information librarian at your local public library, ask him / her to talk you through how to go about accessing the database.

If you need to obtain library borrower (and online access) privileges, you will need to visit your local public library and apply for a library borrower card. Be sure you have photo ID with you, like your current driver's license.

While you are at the library, ask one of the reference / information librarians to provide you with one-on-one instruction in accessing the proper database for motorcycle repair.

If you do not know the phone number or location of your local public library, you can find that information using this search strategy with your favorite search engine (using quotation marks as shown):

Example:
