My earbuds dont fit the NAXA nx-104 mp3 player

Hello, Katie -

I have not yet found any information on a Naxa NX-104 MP3 player. What I have found is information on Naxa MP3 players with the model numbers NM followed by a number (but not 104.) Do you have the model number right?

The information I have found on the Naxa MP3 players is that they come with earphones. Did your MP3 player come with earphones when you purchased it? It should have, if you purchased it new.

I suggest you contact Naxa Customer Service directly and ask if you can purchase replacement earphones for your model of MP3 player. This is the link to the Naxa Electronics Contact Us web page:
http://www.naxa.com/contacts

Best wishes.

The person I am calling cannot hear me.

You might have using the earphone unplug the earphone nd reinsert if problem still persists then go to the settings and change earphone model like there are other earphone model standard, general switch the model one by one if problem same happened then update your software once or restore your phone...
I hope it will help you

How to program to a cell phone

The normal procedure is:
Turn on Bluetooth on the cell phone.
Turn on the charged earphone.
Press search for devices on the cell phone.
When the earphone is found enter '0000', four zeros, press enter.
It should now say device connected.
If not:
Is '0000' the correct code? look in the owner's manual.
Is the earpiece charged? Power light on, blinks?
Is the procedure slightly different? Check owner's manual.
Is it still linked to a different phone? Turn off that phone.
If you still have issues, the earpiece is probably defective.

Sennheiser mm200 totally dead

Well I have had the same problem as well, twice really. The first one got replaced by Sennheiser, very good service. Unfortunately about a year later the same problem, I am waiting now what they will do with this. I really like the little earphones but I need them to work. Untill now I have had great service which of course comes with the quality of the name.

Not all models of Bluetooth earphones are compatable with every phone. Contact Apple support to find out if the model you have is compatible.

If the Apple tech says that the model earphone is compatible, then you should try another earphone to verify if the iPhone Bluetooth section is defective, or if the earphone you have is defective.
