How to fix the sail of laser boat

What’s wrong with it exactly? You need to be specific with your questions. If it’s torn, you can buy some adhesive paneling material that you cut to shape and apply to both sides of the sail. It works fine for most cases, however the laser sail is quite large in terms of ratio.... boat:sail size. That means high sail pressure in lighter winds.

Your best bet it to take it to a sail maker for repair.

Ulman sails
North sails

St4000 auto pilot makes 180 degree turn for no good reasonn

It has been a while since I set up my auto pilot, but Raymarine has a very good set of on-line manuals and it would be a good idea to go through the setup procedure again. There is a sensitivity setting that adjusts the responsiveness of the AP in relation to changes in the helm. If it is set too sensitive, the AP will make big changes when the helm slightly moves.

Helm has slop and clunks when changing direction. cylinder has been rebuilt and the system has been refilled following the instructions 3 times. it also says to have a vented plug on single station systems...

Sounds like you still have air in system,if helm was ok before it should be ok now.does ram move back and forth smoothly when not connected to helm.do you have right viscosity oil, should be a 10 or 15

Do I need a special license to sail a Yacht?

You do not need a license to sail your Yacht. However, if it is not yours and you are renting it, you may need a sailing license or some sort of certificate that proofs that you are capable of sailing the boat.

Also keep in mind that this may differ from country to country so you may want to double check.

I need a user manual for my badger, dynacraft mkii bait boat

not much to it really .Left toggle forward for speed (get used to running boat slow before you drop bait, takes a bit of practise).Left toggle back opens hopper to drop bait and rig.(Adjust trimmer nearby so motor not running when toggle not operated, usually about 3/4 up) Right toggle for direction left/right (adjust trimmer nearby if boat sails left or right) Get used to just a quick flick of the toggle to direct the boat. Leave handset aerial one section short of fully up in case you sail out of range.Hope this helps

Stearing on my 4yo 60hp mercury outboard will not budge

if you have "rotary" or "rack and pinion" steering. what your dealing with is rust. 2 things you can do to test the steering system. (1) tilt engine all the way down using the trim an tilt system. On the engine, you will see a steering rod that is parallel to the transom. One side of the rod is connected to the engine(ignore that connection), the other side curves down and connects to the steering cable. Disconnect steering rod from cable by unscrewing the nut counter clockwise. Once you disconnect the steering rod from cable. Push steering rod forward towards bow swinging it out of the way. Engine is now free from boat steering system. “Testing the engine steering tube“ all you have to do is manually turn the engine port and starboard using your hands. If your able to turn engine, the problem is the boat steering system. which you can fix. If you can' turn the engine then the job will require the engine to be removed from boat and transom bracket rebuilt. Take it to a repair shop.(2) with the engine still disconnected from the boat steering system. Get in the boat and turn the steering wheel. A good steering system you should be able to turn the wheel with just a finger. If wheel does not turn, you have one of two problems. Bad cable or bad steering helm. I always tell my customer to change both as a kit as a safety issue. if you are trying to save money. pull cable from helm, turn wheel if it turns easy replace cable (keep cable don't throw it away you have to get it matched) if wheel still stuck replace helm.
