Sony dcr-hc21. Touch screen won't respond cost to fix

This is usually caused by a defective LCD module or a defective flex cable that connects the LCD to the camera. I recommend replacing them both at the same time. The LCD / Touchscreen module is no longer available from Sony at a reasonable price for this Model. However, I have a limited supply of them in stock as well as an aftermarket supplier with hundreds of them.

You have broken fine flex cable between your screen and board/PCB causing your touch screen ****** to work. So first of all you need to replace the cable first with new one.

the price depend on your country,as me charge 5000 for changing the flex if it is the flex that is faulty

The flexi-connector flexible pcb connector which provides power and drive to the LCD screen is almost certainly fractured in the swivel bracket which holds the LCD Screen. This is available as a spare direct from Sony.

there is a problum in side the camera one is ffc whicis connect the lcd to main board if no then lcd it self having problum because thes tuch switches are in side the lcd please go to your nearst sony service centre & fix this problum
