Although Globe does not support the handset, you can still try to configure your handset for the MMS/GPRS using this general configuration setting to serve as your guide.

There are three types of fluorescent 48" bulbs t 12, t8, and t5. they are not interchangable. if you have a fixture that has a t12 type ballast, it will not light up the t8 bulbs. you have to change the ballast to a t8 style. just to clarify, the number stands for 10ths of an inch in diameter on the bulb. a t12 is 1.2 inches, a t8 is .8 inch and a t5 is .5 inch.

This sound like you need the APN settings sent to your phone.

You will need to phone your network provider (probably free from your phone)

Tell them you have no internet access and ask them to send you the APN settings

This will come via text and you just click install, they may give you a pin number to input when you install settings, if you need this they will tell you and explain when to put it in.

If you have the right APN settings and it still does not work you need to set the Mobile web settings in your phone as your default access point this wil be done in settings and connections

1 Find "Access points"

• Press the menu icon.
• Press the fourth tab.
• Press Phone settings.
• Press Connectivity.
• Press Access points.

2 Create new or edit existing data connection

• To create a new data connection:

• Press Add.

• To edit an existing data connection:

• Press the required data connection.
• Press the icon to the bottom left.
• Press Edit.

• Press the Connection title input field.

• Press C to clear the input field.

• Key in EMAIL GPRS and press OK.

3 Select data bearer

• Press the Bearer drop down list.
• Press UMTS or GPRS.
• Press OK.

4 Select authentication

• Press the Authentication drop down list.
• Press PAP or CHAP.
• Press OK.

5 Enter username

• Press the Username input field.
• Key in user and press OK.

6 Enter password

• Press the Password input field.

• Press the APN input field.
• APN same as your internet settings

8 Save and exit

• Press Save.
• Press Disconnect to return to stand-by mode.

Please note: You now need to select settings for an email profile.
