Question about Garden

Open Question

I can't gets attachments to attach on the PoulanPro PR25. They won't go in far enough. I even pulled the coupler off and the new or old attachment still won't go into the shaft far enough.

I finally got it to work. I just got some leverage and pushed as hard as I could to force it in.

Sounds like the upper drive shaft connected to the trimmer housing has slid down. Try holding the unit gas tank down, and turn the inner shaft until it drops back down into the unit, then attach the desired tool.

How to connect powercord to recoil

Hi Ken:
Here's a youtube clip.
The principle is the same for most pull start motors.
- Take it apart (remove the starter assembly)
- Pull the cord out as far as it will go.
- Use a nail or screwdriver to stop the spool from rewinding
- Remove the cord
- Install a new cord the same way that the old one was attached
- Remove the nail (or screwdriver
- Re-attach the starter assembly

Need to replace radio antenna on a 99 isuzu rodeo

I just replaced the antenna on our 02 rodeo. No need to remove radio or anything in dash. This is how I did it.
First you will need access to back of fender, enough room for your hand. Open hood and remove 3 bolts running along top of fender, open passenger door and remove top bolt holding fender. Gently pry top of fender away from vehicle. Place object in gap to hold fender ( I used the head of a rubber mallet). Reach inside fender and disconnect old antenna, follow cable through wall into passenger compartment. Gently pull cable from behind carpet and unplug old antenna from coupler. Connect new antenna to fender ( replacement antenna I ordered was slightly smaller than opening so I had to add washer). Run new antenna cable through wall and plug into coupler. Re-attach fender

How do you replace a 1998 toyota avalon xl exterior door handle?

You have to remove the inner door panel to access the exterior handle's mounting nuts. Once you have the panel off, there will be a plastic film, or water shield, that you can peel off far enough to reach the handle ( when done, reseal the plastic with a little adhesive).. The handle is usually held in place by just two nuts which you remove, then disconnect the latch rod from the handle, and pull the old handle off. Attach the rod to the new handle, tighten the attaching nuts, and put everything back together. Getting the door panel off is the hardest part of this job.
Good luck.

How to replace just the Kirby 210097 Hose End For G5 Series Vacuum Cleaner to hose. can buy replacement but can not get the broken end off

simple and rquires no tools. Fill your sink with hot water and set the end in water with attachment on it. Within a few minutes the end is soft enough to slip out.
setting the hose end in the water again will let you simply slip the hose into the new attachment with ease.

What is the gap spacing between the ignition module and the flywheel for a PoulanPro PPB2000 blower/vac?

0.010-0.012" or a 'quick tip': you can use the cardboard of the box the coil came in, or the parts tag that may have been attached to it. Those should be close enough to get you going.

There is a part between the motor and gearcase called a coupler, the clicking happens when it cracks. Easy way is to pull the machine foreward and tilt it back to expose the bottom. Clips hold a pump, has two hoses attached, then a motor, unclip wire harness on left and any other attached, mark these extra wires if it has them. The motor has two clips supported with two 1/4 in hex screws, Now you should see the coupler, a rubber donut and two three pronged plastic flanges attached at gearcase and motor. Use a 1/2 socket to flush the new coupler flanges on both sides and the rest is a experience.
