It means that you need to delete some files to free up some space in your internal memory storage or add a memory card to expand it. Also, if you add a memory card, you may need to go into your setting and change the default place it saves files to so that it saves to the memory card and not your camera's internal storage.

Go into the settings and look for 'Storage'. In there you will find an 'Apps' heading, open it up and then tap on each app that is there and look for a 'move to SD card' option.

One question. Were you able to move apps to the sd card before?
When you go to settings, storage, does it show the external sd card? I want to explain something first. The sd card is an expandable storage card, but it won't store your apps. If you want to check it out just insert the old memory card in a computer and look for any apps. Smartphones usually comes equip with 2 types of storage:
1. Internal phone memory: which could range from 500mb. to 2gb. of storage. This will be by default the location where the apps would be saved.
2. Internal SD Card: this is an expand storage that is already in the smartphone. Notice that when you see an ad for the phone it usually advertise whether it is 4, 8 or 16gb. That is the internal SD storage.
The third option is the external micro sd card, which is the one you are having problem with.
In storage under settings, see if you have an option to mount the sd card, maybe it's not mounted. You can also clon or copy everything from the old sd card to the new sd card using a computer, and then try it again.

Hi, I hope you can follow this. Remove the storage card from the computer, then go to control panel
then
device manager
expand portable devices
the type of memory card slots should be listed if your type has a yellow triangle by it,
right click on it and choose uninstall.
It should the reinstall automatically or when you put the storage card into the slot.
this type of fault is quite often caused by not using the safely remove hardware application on the taskbar....

The 128 memory is the on board memory that the system uses to work it's magic to present usuable workable programs to the processor. You can still add storage memory by the SD card or by a USB device (hard disk) that byou can store things on. Most razr's don't come with that kind of memory onboard but they are expandable to 2GB's. The slot for the microSD card is located just below the battery to the right a small bit. But if you know you have the microSD card already installed, you normally have to switch between the storage devices in the menu, as it lists the phones memory and the storage card separately. There is a port labeled "MicroSD" on the right side of the phone. Simply open that port and insert the card. To verify memory capacity, go to menu>settings and tools>memory>card memory.
