I have an voyager 3 tablet that is stuck on the logo. I have tried rebooting and tried factory reset and hard set what can I do now

Try doing a factory hard reset, if that fails the tablet is most likely defective.

Step 1. With your tablet off, press and hold the volume up (+) button and power button until you see the RCA splash screen with Nipper and Chipper. Release both buttons to reveal the Android bot on his back with a caution symbol above him.

You need to do a factory reset!

1. Make sure your tablet has a full charge
2. Press and hold the Volume - button and tap the Reset button
   (The reset button is located between the HDMI and USB ports)
3. Continue holding the Volume - button until the boot screen appears
4. Release the Volume - button
5. Use the volume controls to navigate to "Wipe data/Factory reset"
6. Press the power button to select
7. Navigate to "Delete all user data"

Your tablet will take several minutes to reboot to a factory default setting.
