Enter Maintenance Mode 10871087 and press 004 and Start. Then choose Execute and press Start. It will prompt for device restart.

Just a suggestion but in the application you are using, make sure the "Page Setup" is set to the envelope you need and the source for the envelope is correct.
Also, check the driver settings to make sure they match what the application needs.

Drum unit non- installing error
The drum unit is not installed or not
installed properly.
The drum PWB EEPROM does not communicate
normally.
Causes:
- The drum unit is not installed.
- Defective connection drum PWB (YC1) and connect-L PWB (YC3).
- Defective drum PWB EEPROM.
- Defective engine PWB.
Check procedures/corrective measures:
- Install the drum unit
- Check the connection of connectors drum
PWB (YC1) and connect-L PWB (YC3).
- Replace the drum unit
- Replace the engine PWB

reset the fuser code 6400 by pressing counter/system button, then go to service setting, then hold the start and hash button at the same time, now press enter and leave all buttons, press 163 and enter/execute, switch off and on, fuser will be reset, if not reset then replace fuser/fixing unit.
