Reset Voice Mail Passwois method is used to change your Voice Mail password for all types of Voice Mail (Basic, Premium, Visual, etc.)
Press *611 then press SEND (airtime is free).
Alternatively, call (800) 922-0204 (toll free) from any phone to reach the automated customer service menu.
Listen to the instructions then when prompted say "Reset voicemail password".
If prompted, enter the requested information for security verification.
Follow the prompts to reset the password.
The password can't have repeating digits (e.g., 1111) or consecutive digits (e.g., 1234).

Depending what system your provider is using it can either be done by you at home or they will have to set it. If you call your provider they will help you or they will fix it. Each ring is set at 6 second intervals so if you have 3rings that is 18 seconds. If you was 6 rings then ask for 36 seconds etc. hope this helps

If you are referring to no caller I'd. That is a function that you have to ask for from your provider. A blank screen usuall has a funny weak ring also. If you have a grey power supply look at the voltage on the brick if it say that there is ACvoltage output. It is not the correct one. You need to have a DC voltage output on that type of phone
Your provider will have to set it up for u it usually is very expensive. But google conference call and you can find a 3rd party conference company that can usually give a far better rate than your provider hope that helps
After consulting with the phone manufacturer I accessed voice mail and used the * key to exit voice mail. This reset the message light to operate properly.
