Nomally your Kubik only shows up as a storage device.

Try formatting the sd card to fat 32 before saving the mp3 files to it. Also try using a high quality low capacity sd card. Scandisk 8gb for example.

Select track to be deleted, press and hold the volume button, a box will appear asking if you want to delete, select yes and press the large centre button,it will then state file deleted .

The easiest way is to plug it into a PC - any Mac, Linux or Windows machine will see it as a USB flash drive. Copy the mp3 files you want to listen to into the Music folder. The trick is when you disconnect - unmount the flash drive (or eject it if using Windows) and then wait for the Evo to switch from USB connect symbol to the charging symbol. If it does not change after 5 minutes, unplug it, flip the side switch to off, then back to on and it should be OK.

Wait for your computer to find the device
Then use Windows Explorer to drag and drop the files onto the device
Make sure the files are in a compatible format to the device
Once transfered power up the device and rebuild the Index of Music using the option under the music menu

Try rebuilding the Music Index using the option under the Music Menu when the device is powered on
