Lawn boy lawnmower wont start

The recommended torque specs and sequence for the intake manifold on the 5.5L engine in a 2012 Mercedes E63 AMG are as follows:

1. Torque sequence:Start at the center and work outwards in a criss-cross pattern.
2. Torque specs:
   
   • Step 1: Tighten all bolts to 5 Nm (3.7 ft-lbs)
   • Step 2: Tighten all bolts to 10 Nm (7.4 ft-lbs)
   • Step 3: Tighten all bolts to 15 Nm (11.1 ft-lbs)
   • Step 4: Tighten all bolts to 22 Nm (16.2 ft-lbs)
   • Step 5: Tighten all bolts to 28 Nm (20.7 ft-lbs)
   • Step 6: Tighten all bolts to 28 Nm (20.7 ft-lbs) again

It's important to follow the torque sequence and specifications carefully to ensure proper sealing of the intake manifold and to prevent any leaks.

sounds like it has water in bowl of carburetor some of these have drains screws on the bottom of the carburetors bowl . best fuel to run is marine gas. and cover the mower or store inside out of the weather. also make sure oil is full, if so .. unplug oils sensor wire as a test not a big fan of starter fluid a good flammable carb or break cleaning spray works great and has more uses. starting fluid should be used in extreme cold climates only also a spaire sparkplug should be on hand. If its one of the guaranteed to start mower they have had a lot of carburetor problems and needs to got to shop for warranty or replacement.

The plug called for is NGK 7912 D7EA Standard Plug gapped at .028"

.025" will do

WHEN YOU LINE UP BOTH NUMBERS YOU WILL START TIGHTEN BOLTS 1 AND 2 TIGHTEN BOLTS 3 AND 4 TIGHTEN BOLTS 5 AND 6 TIGHTEN BOLTS 7 AND 8 TIGHTEN BOLTS 9 AND 10 YOU ARE TIGHTEN BOLTS IN A CRISS CROSS PATTERN. BESURE TO POUR OIL OR LUBRICATE CRANKSHAFT AND BEARINGS WITH CLEAN ENGINE OIL.WHEN YOU TORQUE MAIN BEARINGS TORQUE ALL THEM TO 20 FT LBS AND SECOND PASS TORQUE ALL BOLTS TO FINAL TORQUE 48 FT LBS. Hi and welcome to FixYa. I am Kelly. These torques are from the Kohler Service manual for the
CV11-16,
CV460-465,
CV490-495
engine.

There are 5 bolts.... as you look at the bolts there should be 3 on the left side

Bolt 1 is the center (offset bolt)
Bolt 2 is upper right
Bolt 3 bottom left
Bolt 4 upper left
Bolt 5 lower right.

Torque them in the sequence above... to 15 Ft lbs. or 180 inch lbs
reset your torque wrench and then torque them to 30 Ft lbs or 360 inch lbs.

Rocker arms center nuts (called mounting screws) are first torqued to 55 inch lbs then to 100 inch lbs.

Then to set the valve lash you back off the set screw lock nut torque and set the valve lash to .003 - .005 final set screw lock nut torque is 65 inch lbs. Engine must be at TDC i.e piston all the way to the top to make the correct adjustments.
