Connect the SUB out from receiver to IN on the SUB and connect rest of speakers to respective sockets on the receiver .

check the cable , might be it burned bcoz of the voltage fluctations.
If not check the transformer if its buzzing or not. if not- buzzing replace the power cord

Well, it's highly unlikely as long as it is a HXP 18V Li-ion battery because pretty much all hitachi stuff is imported. The companies HQ is in Japan and so id the largest manufacturing plant. I hope this helps please rate this thank you

if the cables are ok and the speaker are ok also beside good setting you will have a problem of the output stage in your receiver.

The center speaker shouldn't be on the surround outputs it should be on the Center output. The surround outputs are for the rear speakers.

If the memory card is removable, you can purchase a card reader to download your images that way. Or if you connect camera (via cable) to an XP machine it may find "new device" and let you download images that way.
