I think that you will need to have had the find my phone option set to find my phone switched on before you can take action or The IMEI code: to block a lost or stolen handset. This is a 15 or 17-digit number that is unique to each phone. You will need to give this number to your telecom provider so they can block your SIM card if your handset is lost or stolen. It usually comes with the packaging of your phone and also features on your bills.

Hi there.
Phone your service provider, tell them its been stolen, if its being used they will send a text to that phone which will disable it from being able to be used. As for tracking it has to have GPS installed in the original software.

Unfortunately, Sprint does not have the ability to block single numbers from calling you. We can either block all incoming calls, all outgoing calls, or both, but not particular numbers.
