How do i get english back on my sharp smart tv and also set it up .

You need Audio/Video Cables. Connect one end at TV Audio Out and other end to Amplifiers's Line In. It will work. I am sharing manuals for your help.

I own a sharp TV, and there is only one cable hdm1 from the cable box to the TV. That's it. Both clearly marked on both equipments

Use a sound bar or a set of amplified computer speakers like Altec Lansing or Klipsch systems. They will always sound better than the TV internal speakers. You plug them in the headphone or audio out on the back of the TV.

Check the videos to understand how set up the network connection on sharp tv . Hope it would help you to set up your tv. If you go for manual connection the you have to have some information . you can get those information from your internet provider comcast.
