These days just google the user manual for almost anything. Usually the manufacturer will have it. There are also independent sites that pop up that usually has the manual you need.
Personally, I couldn't find a manual for an old GE Hot Water Heater.
I went to their site. No Manual. Emailed there CS and they emailed me the PDF manual for my discontinued model quickly

you will have to change the coolant under the blue and maybe the red crt lens

yes it is due to dry solder in vedeo driver section(a board fixed to the pict-tube.).

This can be one of two problems. The backlight inverter board is bad # BN44-00235B <or A $60-80
Or one of your backlights is bad/broken. Not a easy repair. Single lamp is about $16-25 whole kit $150. But finding a great tech who can or will take the screen/light box apart to do it will be the biggest task. Takes about 3 hrs to do. And if you do NOT know what you are doing,you will damage the screen.
Then you just throw it away. But if your lucky, it might just be a bad connection. If it comes one after it goes off. But if it just flashes on for a couple seconds then does not come back on, Most likely bad backlight/or inverter. It goes in to protection mode.I have seen in a couple of Sony's it being the T-con board "LCD control"board do the same. $60-125
I wish I could give you better news. It is not easy to tell the problem on that without testing out each lamp "15-20 of them w/a lamp tester" or checking out each transformer on the inverter board. Verry time consuming. This is why I push the Extended Warenty. LCD's still have bugs to weed out. Plasma's are even worse.

Your optical block, also known as a light engine, is going out. I actually just had mine replaced today!!!!

That model had lots of problems, it sounds like your loosing blue. Try putting up a color bar chart and see if you have blue. Color bar is availible on most cable systems. ggod luck

cleaning the CRT lenses and mirror will help, however with that model I would suspect that the gree and blue CRT needs the coolanr changed to get a your color and clarity back. thats a common problem with all phillips rear projection TVs

Actually the TOP Left blue corner cannot be allinged properly thru manual blue convertion.  Red is aligned correctly.
