I have a reliance that has code 991 we cleaned it but don't know how to reset the codes

This tip unlocks the 3 digit security lock.

1. at the same time hold the menu button (top left) and the jump button (bottom left)
2. This will bring you to the emergency screen (it gives you the option to make an emergency call)
3. Open to the keypad and hold in the menu+shift+q buttons at the same time.
4. The phone will reset and clear/unlock the security code

Not sure if you have the manual for that so here it is.....

It however does not mention how to reset that code...to reset it I know that you need to push a specific set of buttons on a specific order...i do not know what they are or the order...

They are supposed to have full time customer support... here is the page for the numbers..you will have to call them for the reset code as it is not public knowledge...
