Sue,There are several ways to access your work email from home, depending on the type of email client used at work and whether or not your place of work restricts email access to an internal server or intranet. If your work email is restricted to a server located at work, you will need to consult with your employer to obtain access to your work email through a virtual private network (VPN). VPN access will allow you to connect to your work's email server from a remote location; however, if your work email is set up on a web mail account, you can most likely access your work email from any location with Internet access as long as you have your username and password information. You can also obtain email server information from your employer to access work email on your mobile device. Info provided by wikiHow

You shouldn't post your phone number online, and that won't help anyone help you access your emails. If you can't access your emails, you should go to your settings, and make sure that the passwords are correct. You may need to delete the settings for the email accounts and re enter them.
In the event that you forget your password, you will need to request a password reset. This password reset email will only go to email addresses that you have confirmed on your account. As such, if you are unable to access the email addresses on your Facebook account, you will not be able to receive your password reset email and may lose access to your account completely. You can prevent this situation by taking the following measures:
Add a secondary email address to your Facebook account.
Add a security question to your Facebook account.
Make sure email addresses on your Facebook account are active (you are able to access them).
Maintain accurate information on your profile, such as name, date of birth, and email addresses. This helps us locate your account, should you lose access to it.
You can change your login email address at any time in the Settings tab of the Account page. Please note that you can log in with any email address you have added to your account. However, if you no longer have access to an email address associated with your Facebook account, you will need to contact your email service provider in order to regain access to that address.
But it sounds like you no longer have access to the email address and so you may need to use the form here:
