Question about Samsung Televison & Video
Bad cable! How does TV attach to the satellite receiver? Coax, RGB, etc:? Try another cable first and foremost. If the cable is DB15 one bent pin in connector will cause exactly what you have described. Always check cables first!

Thanks for your solution. This is a problem with color wheel. I could not fix it by myself, so my friend will try to fix it next week.

ok your tv does not come with the very best sound, you have to get a receiver 7.1 or you can use the optical wire , that's if the system you are using has that option.

Your DVD player is using a PAL or NTSC variant which is not supported by your display. Somewhere hidden in the depths of the options in the DVD player should be an option to change the composite output type.

First. The whirring or buzzing sound you hear is the Color Wheel and it needs to be replaced. Second, since I do not know when and if the original lamp has been replaced it is a good idea to replaced the lamp. The bad Color Wheel is the one causing the set to shut down.
