Where is the reset button on the BS-36UFF on demand toyotomi water heater

The Toyotomi OM122DW on-demand water heater typically doesn't have a physical reset button like some traditional tank-style water heaters. If you're experiencing issues with your water heater, there might be a few troubleshooting steps you can take:
  1. Power Cycling: Turn off the power to the water heater by switching off the circuit breaker or unplugging it if it's a plug-in unit. Leave it off for a few minutes and then turn it back on. This action can sometimes reset the system and resolve minor issues.
  2. Check for Error Codes or Indications: If your Toyotomi water heater has a digital display, it might show error codes or indications for any problems it's encountering. Consult the user manual for the OM122DW to understand what these codes mean and how to address them.
  3. Inspect Gas Supply: Ensure that the gas supply to the water heater is uninterrupted and that the gas valve is fully open. If there are any issues with the gas supply, it might affect the water heater's performance.
  4. Check Water Supply: Ensure that the water supply to the unit is adequate and that there are no blockages in the pipes leading to the water heater.
  5. Contact Support: If you've tried these steps and the issue persists, it might be best to contact Toyotomi's customer support or a certified technician. They can provide specific guidance or schedule a service visit to diagnose and fix any issues with your water heater.
Regarding a physical reset button specifically labeled as such, it's important to consult the user manual as the location and method for resetting the unit can vary between different models and versions of the Toyotomi water heaters. If you don't have the manual, you might be able to find it online on Toyotomi's official website or by contacting their customer support.

Where is the reset button on reliance gas water heater

No reset button.
The gas control valve is the thermostat

Intellivent gas control can be reset, and Honeywell can be reset under some circumstances.
Otherwise, bad thermostat means replace gas control valve

Finally found the reset button on my Whirlpool hot water tank, but it will not budge when I push it. Why? Pilot will not light.

Reset button on gas water heater??
Usually there is not a reset button on gas water heater, which might explain why is doesn't move:

Do you mean the igniter button for lighting pilot?? The piezo igniter can go bad.

Automatic restart is not working. Seems to keep saying eco problem...I thinl...the code is four flashes followed by two flashes.

Gas control valve is not identified, so error code is not known.
ECO means energy cut off.
Energy cut off happens when gas control valve thermostat has gone bad, or when gas control senses runaway heating inside combustion chamber.
Newer heaters have resettable ECO for combustion overheat. This reset is typically located on combustion chamber door and is round and has two wires that connect back to gas control. Generally you have to clean combustion chamber and tubes and catch up on maintenance, then reset ECO, then fire up heater again to see if problem is resolved.

http://waterheatertimer.org/images/Typical-gas-valve-500.jpg

Newer heater does not have reset for bad thermostat, and in that case you replace gas control valve thermostat.
Older heater does not have reset, and combustion chamber and parts are cleaned, and gas control valve thermostat is replaced.
Your manual is best place to start troubleshoot.

My 32E Bock Oil Water Heater will not fire up. What is the gap between the little lighter fingers? Or whatever you call them? We got it to fire once but then it went out again shortly. We have checked...

Hello You have a clogged oil filter or oil line. The (electrode) gap should be left ALONE.The line needs to be blowin out & replace the filter element then the flameout will stop.

Electric water heater out. Already replaced elements and breaker. Getting power to the unit but no hot water. What now?

Have you reset thermostat on the heater, it will be the top thermostat right above the element. It will have a red reset button to press to reset. They will trip causing the heater not to work till it's reset or replaced due to thermostat gone bad. Chances are you may only have to reset it.

Please go to link below with to get some very helpful information on these topic's. If you replaced everything but the thermostat or reset it that's all left to hold out power to water heater. The thermostat is a safety device to protect the home owner. You may have had a element short out to trip it.
It will take 30 to 45 minutes to start to produce hot water after power comes back on.

Hot water heater will not stay lit

Hi,
It could be that you need a new regulator if the pressure was low - and now is high - but it's over-compensating - virtually shutting off the supply.
Check all valves are fully open - and any water traps are empty. It is possible for there to be a condensate in there - that is occasionally blocking the nozzle - causing a flameout.
If there is any yellow flame at all or signs of soot- get the unit serviced.
