How do I insert SIM card in alcatel one touch phone. The manual says to use a pin to press the small cavity until the cassette pops out. ?????

1. Take a simple paper clip and make it straight.
2. Use the video below to locate the SIM tray.
3. Insert the pin into the small hole and push it slightly until the tray pops-out
4. Insert or remove the SIM card from the tray. If inserting, make sure the notched corner aligns. The SIM card only fits in one way.
5. Reinsert the SIM tray into the iPhone.
