Sears model 917.288130 cranks but not start. Check fuel solenoid check and can get sparkplug check all 3 safety switch. Recharging battery

If you sprayed carburetor cleaner into the plug hole then reinstall the plug and the unit starts and runs for a few seconds then the problem is your carburetor.

How do i take off the pull start from a craftsman model 917.377582 lawnmower

engine numbers would be helpful buttttt.... the perimeter of the recoil assy should be 3-5 small screws. remove them and it should come off, the is as long as you have a eagerbeaver engine ( tecumseh ohv )

THIS SEEMS TO BE A MAJOR PROBLEM FOR DREMEL AND I AM SORRY BUT I HAVENT A SOLUTION (NEITHER HAS DREMEL). I AM A DOMICILLARY CHIROPODIST AND FOUND THIS ITEM ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC FOR MY WORK...ORIGINALLY I RETURNED MY FIRST ONE WITH A COMPLAINT AND IT WAS REPLACED WITHOUT QUASTION ..HOWEVER IT HAS HAPPENED AGAIN AND MY ONLY SOLUTION IS TO ALWAYS CARRY TWO FOR BACKUP..WHEN I RECHARGE AT NIGHT THOUGH IT ONLY PARTIALLY RECHARGES BEFORE CUTTING OFF LOOKS LIKE I SHALL HAVE TO CARRY THREE......

I have a craftman snow thrower, model#536.886122, serial#632722946 and I'm in need of a manuel.

Manuals of Sears products are available through their 'Parts Direct' system and have been resonable in price. The last one for a riding mower cost ~$7.00

check, or have someone check the flywheel key, it is probably sheared off.

Replace battery. It has a life. If you failed to remove charger when fully charged, you have shortened the battery life. Battery is available on line from several vendors that will much cheaper than a sears battery.

Steve Pack, maybe it's just a broken bolt or screw? I had a problem like that, and a lot of stuff I've done - nothing was helping for a long time, and then a man from service station recommended me to use tap and die set (like this: https://cozyhousetoday.com/how-to-use-tap-and-die-set), so I've tried it and it worked perfectly.
