Factory defaults are generally 0 freezer and 37 Fresh food

I don't have any instructions for your particular model but usually you start in the middle and adjust up or down as needed. (example if lettered A B C D E start with C). Most (but not all) refrigerators have an off position on either the refrigerator or the freezer but not both. Whichever control has a definate off position controls the coldness in both. The other control just adjusts the difference between fridge and freezer. Almost all refrigerators have cooling coils only in the freezer, the fridge is cooled by blowing cold air from the freezer.

I can find only one good reason why your refrigerator may not be cooling. There is a control board inside the fresh food compartment and no signs of a defrost timer. If there is someone that go through some test to eliminate other possible problems would be good. If the refrigerator is still running, unplug and open the freezer compartment. Remove the back panel so we can have a look at the evaporator coils. Clean or are they frozen with a large piece of ice? Let me know, Thanks Sea Breeze

sounds like you might have a bad compressor or the start components for the compressor is bad.

EASY FIX. TAKE ALL FOOD OUT OF FRIDGE AND FREEZER AND STORE IT.
THEN UNPLUG YOUR FRIDGE FOR 24HOURS WITH DOORS OPEN.
YOU WILL HAVE TO CLEAN UP ALOT OF WATER. THEN CLEAN THE FRIGE.
WHEN YOU PLUG IT BACK IN IT WILL WORK.
BUT THIS IS JUST A TEMP FIX. IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN IN ABOUT A YEAR OR TWO.
TO GIVE U A MORE PERMANENT FIX WILL TAKE SOME TIME. TRY THIS FIRST.
